We feel pride to say that we are pioneer, in establishing the best budget hotel, consisting of both, lodging and boarding facilities, in our town in private sector. We are located at the heart of the town and are easily approachable.  Sh. P C Aggarwal s/o late sh. G L Aggarwal, laid foundation of our hotel in 1986.He was assisted by his supporting hands Ajay, Sanjay & Vijay. Initially he started with small restaurant wherein only snacks items were provided. After some time he felt the need of providing lodging facility to the visitors of the town.

It was the time when the visitors used to visit the town either for official purpose or for the purpose of doing their personnel work but not for tourist purpose. Therefore initially the lodging facilities were provided considering the needs of the local public. However, with the passage of time, the town came in lime light, when Himalayan Car Rally was routed through it and in the next year Garhwal Rifle Regimental Centre (GRRC) celebrated it’s  Centenary Function(Shatabdi Samaroh), inaugurated by then Hon’ble President Giani Zail Singh.

After these, frequency of tourists began to increase year by year. And it was felt to enlarge rooms capacity with all common basic & modern amenities which are essential today. This was the time when his younger son vijay had also completely involved in the family business. Time to time feedback received from our valuable customers, vision for future and their willingness to provide satisfactorily quality of services, encouraged them to modernize their facilities at affordable price.  

In  this endeavor, they extended their lodging capacity comprising of all facilities which are considered “BASIC & MODERN” today and our customers could get “VALUE FOR MONEY SPENT”. Now we have good base of our permanent customer, who usually reserve their accommodation in advance over phone, particularly in season time. Besides, new customers have been also attracting year by year. We hope that our philosophy to maintain relationship definitely help us in increasing our customer base and getting their support. Their feedback always encourage us to provide “THE BEST” to them. Our motto is to “SERVE THEM WITH SMILE”.
